How long does it take to implement recommendations on my site and email?

Most customers are able to implement recommendations in less than a week, 8-20 hours of dedicated time. We have many customers who have done it in a matter of a few hours.

How long does it take to see results?

Our SaaS solution begins learning and working immediately. Most customers experience measurable results within the first week of implementing.

What results can I expect?

Generally, customers increase AOV and conversions of 5-15%, depending upon the depth of integration on-site and in secondary marketing efforts (email, mobile, SMS, etc.).

How difficult is it to setup recommendations?

Simple. Our three step setup process is all you need: upload your catalog, (so we can learn about your products) embed a few tracking codes (so we can learn about your customers) and place the recommendation widgets in your site (so your customers can see recommendations).

Who can use recommendations?

Personalized recommendations are perfect for any site wanting to deliver an immersive experience for every consumer. We work with retailers who have as little as 500 products and with retailers with over 1 million products; supporting multiple SKU structures and dynamic pricing categorization. Our rich-media content recommendations also allow product reviews, ratings, video, news, and blog sites to be blended in with the product recommendations.

Where can I place recommendations?

To begin, recommendations should be visible on your website home page, search, category, product detail, shopping cart, order confirmation, as well as in your transactional and marketing emails. Additionally our flexible API allows you to add recommendations to iPhone applications, your CRM tools and more. Find out more.

Are you partnered with any third party vendors?

Yes. We set out to make your life easier. We have partnered with Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews, RateVoice, SLI Systems, Bronto, Exact Target, Silverpop, Reponsys and many more.

Does the information collected on my customers remain anonymous?

Yes. Your customers privacy is important to us. The information we collect and store in a cookie on your customers including their click behavior, purchases, searches and more, are all kept anonymous. For example, we simply know them as an unique user (i.e. 1234) that our solution has automatically generated.

How long does it take for your recommendation engine to learn about my customers?

Once you implement the behavior tracking codes into your site, our system immediately starts learning about your consumers on-line behavior. Also, we allow customers to upload previous purchase history data so we can build relationships between your products faster. Rest assured, our engine never stops learning, the system is always identifying new trends and buyer behavior – this is reported and available to you via our reporting dashboard.

Is my site too small for recommendations?

For best results, we suggest sites have at least 400 products and site traffic of at least 10,000 visitors per month. While sites under these numbers can still see tremendous benefit by using our system, we have experienced the best results with larger user communities.
